Ownware Cloud: Sub-processors (Annex III to the DPA)

These are the companies we use to run the Cloud that handle personal data on your behalf. We email you at least 30 days before we add or replace one, and you can object as set out in the DPA.

Not on this list, and why:
- Lemon Squeezy sells you the Plan as Merchant of Record. It holds your billing details as a controller in its own right, under its own privacy policy. It never sees the data inside your Instance.
- Email your Instance sends to your own clients goes through the mail server you set up in the Instance's own settings, never through ours. Nothing is sent until you set one up.
- AI providers and AI assistants you connect to your Instance are your own choice, under your own agreement with them. We add no AI key and no AI service of our own.
